At Dedicated Fitness, every space has a purpose. Our five rooms are specifically designed to deliver the structure, intensity, and results behind our T12 program — and to give independent members everything they need to train with confidence.
Room 1 is where fitness levels rise and limits are pushed. Designed for high-energy cardio and metabolic training, this space complements your strength work by accelerating fat loss, improving endurance, and enhancing overall performance.
The sessions here are focused, challenging, and results-driven — giving T12 the perfect balance of strength and conditioning.
T12 Program Room
Room 2 is dedicated to structured weight training — the foundation of real, lasting results. This is where you build lean muscle, increase strength, and reshape your body through progressive, professionally programmed sessions.
Every piece of equipment and every workout is intentional, forming the backbone of your 12-week transformation. Inside Room 2, you don't just lift weights. You train with purpose.
T12 Program Room
Rooms 3 and 4 make up our fully equipped gym floor, designed for members who want the freedom to train their way. With a wide range of equipment including power racks, benches, and a full selection of dumbbells, this space allows you to focus on strength, hypertrophy, or accessory work.
Whether you're following a program or training independently, these rooms provide the tools to progress with confidence.
Open Gym Access
Room 5 is where intensity meets athletic performance. Featuring a dedicated prowler track and a large multifunctional rack, this space is built for explosive training, strength conditioning, and full-body power development.
The prowler track develops leg strength, endurance, and mental toughness. The multifunctional rack allows for squats, presses, pull-ups, and functional strength work — making it ideal for both performance training and conditioning circuits.
